The report was described as comprehensive and informative, featuring infographics that facilitate strategic policy-making.
“The oversight report prepared by the Inspectorate General is excellent. It not only provides narrative insights but also includes infographics that make the data easier to understand and help inform policy decisions,” Minister Nasaruddin stated in Jakarta on Tuesday.
He urged the Inspectorate General to continue monitoring developments in Hajj operations and to submit regular updates directly to the minister.
Responding to the statement, Inspector General of the Ministry, Khairunas, expressed gratitude for the minister’s appreciation. He explained that the report covers all aspects of services provided to Hajj pilgrims.
“This report presents the results of oversight on accommodation, transportation, meals, and masyair services during the 1446H Hajj pilgrimage,” Khairunas remarked.
He remarked that the Inspectorate General would continue to strengthen its oversight role in accordance with the minister’s direction.
“As instructed by the minister, the Inspectorate General and its team will continue to closely monitor the entire Hajj operation. This oversight is crucial to ensure that services comply with existing regulations,” he remarked.
Khairunas also expressed hope that the report would serve as a valuable reference for improving Hajj management in the future.
“We hope this report becomes a point of reflection for all stakeholders to improve the quality of future Hajj services,” he added.
