"This aligns with the spirit of bureaucratic reform we uphold. Collaboration is essential," she remarked during a review of immigration services at the airport, located in Badung District, on Tuesday.
She highlighted that the innovative immigration system, which began trials in July 2025, is designed to simplify procedures for the arrival of international visitors.
According to Widyantini, All Indonesia functions as a one-stop immigration system that integrates all immigration-related services and requirements.
In this context, the minister explained that visitors only need to fill in the required data or information regarding immigration, customs and excise, health, and quarantine once through the digital system, which is also accessible at Soekarno-Hatta Airport in Tangerang and Juanda Airport in Surabaya.
"Since Bali serves as a gateway to Indonesia, we hope that Ngurah Rai Airport can provide the finest services," Widyantini stated.
To that end, she emphasized the need for collaboration among ministries and state agencies to further simplify public services, making them more accessible for both Indonesian citizens and foreigners.
She also commended the Ministry of Immigration and Corrections for operating autogates to streamline immigration processes.
"This is great technology, and I have learned that Indonesia ranks 10th globally in terms of immigration service quality," she stated.
She remarked that the Indonesian government would continue to develop electronic systems that integrate the services of ministries, agencies, and regional governments, akin to All Indonesia and digital public service malls.
"The tendency of ministries and agencies to work in synergy in offering public services is proof that we are committed to echoing President Prabowo Subianto’s instructions for expanding service access for the people," she concluded.
