"We hope the public will not hesitate to report any officers who lack integrity," said PVTPP Head Leli Nuryati during the virtual “PVTPP on Talk” Public Communication Forum (FKP) event, here on Thursday.
Referring to the Community Satisfaction Survey conducted by the PVTPP in the first half of 2025, Nuryati noted that the center had provided more than 27 services, including licensing, plant variety releases, fertilizer registration, and seed export-import permits.
"Therefore, we hope all partners will provide input and suggestions regarding the survey. The scores we achieved can still be improved, and in the second semester, we encourage the public to be more active in providing feedback," she said.
Nuryati underlined the center’s commitment to continuous service improvement, ensuring that challenges are addressed and followed up as part of system maintenance.
She also stressed the importance of integrity among civil servants, noting that the PVTPP is overseeing efforts to achieve Corruption-Free Area (WBK) status at the national level.
"We have also submitted respondent data from the integrity survey to the Corruption Eradication Commission. This is important to support transparency in public services," she added.

Meanwhile, Nani Suwarni, Coordinator of the Plant Variety Release Service, said the PVTPP is upgrading the Si Petasan registration application so that it integrates with the Online Single Submission (OSS) system.
"This year, we're focusing on ensuring the app runs smoothly and strengthening our verification staff through training," she said.
Coordinator of Licensing Services Dwi Herteddy emphasized that all procedures must comply with regulations.
"All services have clear methods, procedures, and fees, so they cannot be processed through illegal means. Our job is to assist applicants and stabilize the online system to further streamline licensing," he explained.
Based on the first-half of 2025 survey, the PVTPP pledged to follow up on public input to improve service quality, strengthen integrity, and encourage innovation.
Minister of Agriculture Andi Amran Sulaiman previously stressed that public services in agriculture must set a model for other sectors, given the sector’s crucial role in boosting economic growth.
"All public services under the Ministry of Agriculture must contribute to sustainable economic development," he said.
