“I thank my brothers and sisters from different regions, ethnicities, religions, and political parties,” Prabowo said as he opened a plenary cabinet meeting at the State Palace in Jakarta.
He noted that his cabinet includes ministers and deputy ministers from a wide range of political backgrounds — both from parties that supported him during the election and those that joined afterward.
“There are political parties that stood with us in the election and others that did not but later agreed to work together,” Prabowo said.
Marking one year in office, the President expressed appreciation for the hard work, discipline, and dedication of his cabinet members in carrying out their responsibilities.
He said that despite their different affiliations, all ministers had shown commitment to national goals and put collective interests above personal or party agendas.

“This collaboration proves that Indonesia can unite for the greater good,” Prabowo remarked, adding that inclusive cooperation is essential for sustaining political stability and achieving long-term development.
The President likened his cabinet to a football team in which each player has a vital role to play. He described himself as a coach responsible for setting the strategy and positioning his team to achieve optimal results.
“If this government were a football team, I could be seen as the manager and coach. In this first half, we have our strikers, defenders, and reserves who are ready to perform when needed,” he said.
Prabowo emphasized that teamwork and discipline would remain central to his administration’s agenda as it enters its second year, pledging continued efforts to strengthen unity while addressing economic and social challenges.
