Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Jasaraharja Putera, a subsidiary of Indonesian state insurer Jasa Raharja, took part in a youth education and outreach programme at the University of Indonesia (UI), underscoring its support for student development and financial literacy, the company said.

The company participated in the FISIP GO 2025 programme organised by the Student Executive Board of UI’s Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (BEM FISIP UI), which was held on Dec. 20, 2025, and Jan. 10 and 17, 2026, at the FISIP UI campus and the Balai Purnomo Prawiro Auditorium.

FISIP GO 2025 targeted senior high school students and gap-year participants, aiming to introduce them to university life and academic pathways while strengthening leadership skills and career awareness within the FISIP UI environment, according to the organisers, according to a statement received in Jakarta, Monday.

The programme adopted an interactive open-house format combined with a UTBK–SNBT try-out, Indonesia’s national university entrance examination.

Activities included class simulations, guided campus tours, alumni sharing sessions and mock UTBK–SNBT exams designed to familiarise participants with the test format and academic atmosphere.

As a supporting partner, PT Jasaraharja Putera joined an interactive presentation session to introduce the general insurance industry. The company also highlighted the importance of financial literacy, risk management and early financial planning for young people preparing to enter higher education and the workforce.

Adindha Karina Dewi, head of the company’s Secretariat and Public Relations Department, said educational programmes such as FISIP GO 2025 provide an effective platform to engage directly with young audiences.

She said the company sees youth education as a strategic investment in building awareness of responsible financial behaviour from an early age.

The company said its involvement in FISIP GO 2025 forms part of a broader collaboration with educational institutions, reflecting its social responsibility commitment and its goal of contributing to the development of sustainable, high-quality human resources in Indonesia.
