He stated that the FLPP distribution target for 2026 must be achieved and, if possible, surpassed.
“Next year, I expect the FLPP distribution target to be achieved, and if possible, exceeded. There is no longer any reason for delays. Consolidate efforts, move swiftly, and deliver more breakthroughs so that the housing program can truly be felt by the people,” Maruarar said in Jakarta on Tuesday.
He urged all stakeholders to consolidate comprehensively, act quickly, and introduce various breakthroughs to ensure the benefits of the housing program are genuinely felt by the community.
Maruarar also expressed his appreciation for the synergy, commitment, and dedication of all stakeholders in supporting inclusive and sustainable national housing development.
“Thank you for the synergy and support that have been provided. Let us serve the people and the country with integrity and full commitment,” he added.
In addition, Maruarar conveyed his appreciation to Statistics Indonesia (BPS) for providing fact-based data that serve as a key reference in ensuring fairness, particularly in the distribution of the Self-Help Housing Stimulus (BSPS) program.
“I would also like to thank BPS. With data as the basis for fair BSPS distribution, next year all regions across Indonesia will receive BSPS quotas,” he said.
For 2026, the government has set a quota of 350,000 subsidized housing units under the FLPP scheme.
The signing of cooperation agreements between BP Tapera, distributing banks, and housing developer associations marks an important step in strengthening cross-sector synergy to ensure more affordable, well-targeted, and sustainable access to home ownership.
