The head of state emphasized three points, namely the world developments and its implication to Indonesia, the the government`s missions and agenda 2011, and instructions to all TNI and Police personnel.
The meeting which began on Wednesday (19/1), was participated in by 130 TNI and 150 police high ranking officials.
TNI Commander Admiral Agus Suhartono in his speech said the TNI and Police were facing heavy tasks in the future in accordance with the prevailing strategic environment development.
"Both have main tasks in line with the respective laws, and need to intensify cooperation in the future," he said.
Among those present in the closing ceremony were Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Djoko Suyanto, TNI Chief Admiral Agus Suhartono and National Police Chief General Timur Pradopo.
