Jakarta (ANTARA News) - PT Kencana Unggul Sukses, a subsidiary of property giant Agung Podomoro Land, is planning to build 13 apartment towers and a mall on 12.5 hectares of land in Pluit, North Jakarta.

"The entire project is expected to be completed in 2014," CEO Greenbay Pluit Paul Christian said in a press statement on Saturday.

The apartment towers and mall called "Greenbay Pluit" would be built under a "green development" concept, he said.

The Greenbay Pluit would be a super block built at the Pluit golden area, North Jakarta, he said.

Under the concept, 60 percent of the 12.5 hectares of the land would be developed as a greenbelt planted with a variety of trees, he said.(*)
