KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, March 10, 2011 (ANTARA/PRNewswire-Asia-AsiaNet) --

Alpha Southeast Asia announced today the results of their inaugural poll to find Southeast Asia's top companies. The awards are based on a poll conducted among 450 investors, pension funds, hedge funds, equity and fixed income brokers and analysts. Companies in each country were ranked on their senior management, investor relations' strategy, adherence to corporate governance and commitment to strong dividend payments. Equally, companies who scored poorly were also noted.

Rather than focusing on 20 plus companies, the poll focused on the top three performing companies in Southeast Asia under the four award categories. For details, please visit: http://www.prnasia.com/sa/attachment/2011/03/20110310154323.pdf
