"We need to look into the negligence of Elnusa and we are closely looking at their exposure. If they need a meeting, we will invite them."
Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX)`s management is studying the case of information exposure reported by PT Elnusa Tbk. (ELSA) in relation with the disappearance of the company`s bank deposit of 111 billion rupiahs at Bank Mega, according to an ISX official.

"We are studying what they have presented to us. We need to look into the negligence of Elnusa and we are closely looking at their exposure. If they need a meeting, we will invite them," said IDX Corporation Assessment Director Eddy Sugito here on Monday.

Sugito however said that if the disappearance of the money had something to do with embezzlement or conspiracy in the company, the case needed to be handled by the police.

The board of commissioners of Elnusa, a state-owned corporation, had temporarily dismissed its finance director, Santun Nainggolan, in a move directly related to the disappearance of the deposit which was placed at Bank Mega Jababeka-branch, Bekasi, West Java.

Elnusa President Director Suharyanto, in a press release issued earlier today, said Nainggolan was replaced by Lucy Syclia as finance director.
