Jakarta (ANTRA News) - Indonesia`s exports of tin ingots in April 2011 reached 9,708.45 tons with an export value of US$292.32 million at ports of loading, up from the previous month`s 9,051.46 tons worth US$261.94 million, trade ministry`s data showed.

During April 2011, most of the tin ingot exports were shipped to Singapore with a volume of 7,384.73 tons (220.78 million U.S. dollars), followed by those shipped to Malaysia with 841.82 tons (25.94 million U.S. dollars) and Japan with a volume of 643.73 tons (20.11 million U.S. dollars).

In addition, tin ingot exports were also shipped to to Taiwan, South Korea, India, Turkey, China, Netherlands, Australia, and the U.S.

In the January - April 2011 period, Indonesia`s tin ingot exports reached 32.275,97 tons with an export value at ports of loading of US$910.72 million US dollars.
