Beirut (ANTARA News/Reuters) - Thirteen people were killed in the southern Syrian town of Harra on Wednesday in tank shelling and gunfire, activist Ammar Qurabi said.

He said tanks shelled four houses in the town, killing 11 people.

Another two people, a child and a nurse, were killed in gunfire, said Qurabi, who heads the National Organisation for Human Rights in Syria. (*)
