"The allocation of the regional funds has been decided and the repair of roads and infrastructure in Serang villages began earlier this June," the secreary of Serang city`s public works office, M Hidayat, said here on Friday.
He said of the Rp19.8 billion, Rp11 billion would be used to repair roads and bridges, and Rp8.8 billion to refurbish human settlement facilities.
