Griffin and his delegation arrived at the vice president`s office at 9 am local time. They held a meeting for around 50 minutes.
"It`s a courtesy call by the Australian Parliament delegation after they observed a regional head election in Yogyakarta," Yopie Hidayat, the vice president`s spokesman said.
They did not discuss any specific issues because the meeting was just a courtesy call, he said.
The members of the delegation were Garry Humphries, Helen Polley, Bronwyn Bhisop, and Scott Ryan. At the meeting with Boediono they were accompanied by Australian Ambassador to Indonesia Greg Moriarty.(*)
