"We will seriously carry out restructuring of non-ministry state institutions and state-owned companies," the president said at his Cikeas residence here on Friday.
Yudhoyono said that it was that reason why the summons of ministers to his private residence in Cikeas, Bogor, West Java, was not always related to the plan to reshuffle the cabinet.
However, the head of state did not mention in details the institutions and state firms he would restructure.
He also refused to name the ministers who were to be summoned in relations to the reshuffle and restructuring. He neither mention a person who was to be named a minister.
Previously the president was scheduled to summon a number of ministers to his residence on Friday afternoon.
Presidential Special Staff for Communications Affairs Daniel Sparinga said a number of persons summoned by the president would reinforce the performance of ministries.
"Those who were invited will strengthen the new ministry formationm," Daniel said.(*)
