The golf tournament wassponsored by PT ANZ Panin Bank (ANZ) with the cooperation of the ASEAN Secretariat, Indonesian Foreign Ministry, the Jakarta Ambassador Golf Association (JAGA), and GET Communication, the Jakarta-based ASEAN Secretariat said in a press statement.
The tournament was attended by Ambassadors from ASEAN Member States and other countries, government officials and businessmen.
In conjunction with this event, there was a charity sale of golf t-shirts with batik designs which proceeds will go towards supporting children organisations such as "Happy English Foundation" in Jakarta and "Tunas Hijau" in Surabaya.
The event was also celebrated with cultural performances and fashion shows which will showcase the latest designs in batik textile.
Marty Natalegawa trophy and Surin Pitsuwan trophy were awarded to the winners of the Golf Tournament.
Indonesia is the current Chair of ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) 2011.
