The Congress is organized by Dr. David Liu, a prominent Taiwanese physician and researcher. Earlier this year, Dr. Levy addressed an Asian medical conference in Japan, attended by 225 physicians who are researching the impact of vitamin C on human health. In addition, Dr. Levy consulted with Dr. Yanagisawa on the latter's research into the benefits of vitamin C to those who had been exposed to radioactivity following the Japanese earthquake and tsunami.
