Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Financing company PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance (SUN) is planning to issue its second bonds worth Rp750 billion early next year to strengthen its working capital.

The bonds will be divided into series A due in 370 days, series B due in 24 months and series C due in 36 months, according to the company`s condensed prospectus published on Monday.

Proceeds from the issuance of the bonds will be used to strengthen the company`s working capital, it said.

Local credit rating agency Fitch Rating Indonesia has assigned its AA(idn) rating for the bonds.

The company has appointed PT HSBC Securities Indonesia, PT NISP Sekuritas, and PT Standard Chartered Indonesia as bond issue underwriters with PT BRI Tbk. as a trustee agent.

The company is expected to receive an effective permit on January 11 next year and the bonds will be offered to the public from January 13-14 next year. The bonds will be listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on January 24, 2012.

Surya Artha Nusantara Finance is a multi finance company focusing on financing heavy equipment for mining, agro, forestry, construction, and industrial sectors.(B008)
