"The points gained from the marketing are then cashed away."Medan, North Sumatra (ANTARA News) - The National Counter Terrorism Agency (BNPT) along with local police personnel raids several assets such as houses and vehicles belong to terrorist supect.
BNPT`s Chief Inspector General (ret) Ansyad Mbai here on Thursday said the raid is conducted following the arrest of several terrorist suspects sometime ago.
The Thursday raid confiscates several assets such as houses, shop, cars and motorcycles with a total amount of billions Rupiah.
Up till now, nine people namely four in Medan city, two in Bandung, two in Solo and one in East Java have been arrested due to their alleged involvement in terrorism act.
"The terrorists gain such amount of money by registering themselves to a multilevel marketing company and persuade people to register and buy products. The points gained from the marketing are then cashed away," he said.
