"He is scheduled to arrive in Manggarai on October 18."Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara (ANTARA News) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is expected to attend Manggarai`s Catholic Church`s Centennial jubilee in West Flores District here on Thursday and Friday (Oct. 18 - 19), a governor said.
East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Governor Frans Lebu Raya said here on Sunday that the President and entourage were expected to land at Labuanbajo airport and to head to Ruteng, Manggarai District.
The trip to Manggarai would take three hours, the governor said.
"The president will attend the centennial jubilee of Manggarai`s Catholic church. He is scheduled to arrive in Manggarai on October 18 where he will spend the night and return to Jakarta on October 19, 2012," Governor Frans Labu Raya said.
Before leaving for Jakarta on Friday, the president will fly to Tambolaka, North West Sumba District.
The president`s visit in East Nusa Tenggara this time is the second of its kind in 2012 after he made a stop over in the province when he returned from Darwin, Australia last July. In July, the president visited East Sumba District.
