Tomohon, North Sulawesi (ANTARA News) - Mount Lokon in North Sulawesi Province erupted here on Monday at around 12:09 A.M., central Indonesian time (WITA).

The eruption occurred following the escalation of volcanic activity on the mountain since last Sunday (Dec 16).
