Banyumas, C Java (ANTARA News) - About 200 elementary school students of SDN 1 Kracak, Ajibarang District, Banyumas, Central Java, held a joint prayer session for victims of flood disaster in Indonesia.

Prayers were held at the school on Friday, and they were led by an Islamic teacher, Warseno.

The students also held Ghaib prayers for victims of disasters.

I Made Yuwan Fauzan, a sixth grader, hopes disasters will come to an end in Indonesia. "Hopefully, children who are victims of disasters can go to school," he said.

Meanwhile, the head of SDN 1 Kracak, Kuswanto, said he has invited all the students to convey their condolences to the victims' families.

He believes that God will help the victims.

"There are a number of children who are victims of disasters. Hopefully, they can come back to school," he said.
