When contacted here on Sunday, Benny confirmed that his agency had taken into custody four persons for allegedly having consumed narcotics.
"Yes, we nabbed them at dawn this morning," Benny said.
He said that Raffi was held together with three of his friends whose identities were not yet officially made public.
"We are still investigating them, so that we do not know yet what to do with them next," the BNN deputy chairman said.
He said that he could not yet ascertain whether Raffi possessed or consumed drugs.
In the meantime, BNN Chief Spokesman Sumirat when contacted by ANTARA also confirmed the arrest of Raffi.
"I have received a report on the arrest at 4 am this morning," he said.
