Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Indonesian Foreign Affairs Ministry next June 2013 will hold a workshop about democratization process for participants coming from countries experiencing the "Arab Spring" impacts namely Syria, Sudan, Algeria, Yemen and Tunisia, an official said.

"The workshop will be held at the Institute of Peace and Democracy in Bali Province. The forum will allow participants, mostly academicians and practitioners, to share their experiences while also listen to Indonesia`s best practices in conducting democratization process," the ministry`s Director for Technical Cooperation Wicaksono said here on Tuesday.

Apart from the workshop, Indonesia will also hold training workshop on micro finance for 30 Palestinian participants. The program will be divided into two activities namely workshop session (to be held in Amman Jordan from April 12 to 15) and field trip to micro finance groups in Indonesia (April 17-19).

Another training program sponsored by the Indonesian Foreign Affairs Ministry which will be organized this year is a training program on infrastructure for Afghanistan to be held next April 17-26 in Bandung, West Java province.

The training will be participated in by 10 Afghan engineers and three Indonesians. It will focus on the issue of road operation and maintenance.
