The new partnership with Greyfell Nordic brings Enterprise another step closer to realising its goal of increasing choice for car hire customers across the world and demonstrating the value of the company's exceptional customer service to both domestic renters and international travellers.
The agreement is consistent with Enterprise's vision to build a network recognised for high quality and customer service through partnerships with independent businesses in major markets for inbound travel. This new partnership adds to Enterprise's extensive network in Europe and North America, as well as its growing operations in Asia.
Greyfell Nordic is led by an experienced management team, which has an impressive record of delivering success in the Scandinavian car rental market. The team has opened airport locations under the Enterprise brand at Stockholm Arlanda, Gothenburg Landvetter and Oslo Gardermoen and more will follow.
Sweden and Norway are home to a large base of multinational corporations and have strong domestic rental markets. They are also popular leisure destinations for global travellers.
Peter A. Smith, vice president of global franchising at Enterprise, said: "The agreement is another important part of the thriving community of successful car rental businesses that we're building. Our customers have responded very positively to the growth of our European network, which has been developed through franchise partners with a strong track record for service. Companies like Greyfell Nordic help us to deliver greater value, quality and care to all of our customers wherever they may travel."
Morten von Krogh, Managing Director of Greyfell Nordic, said: "This agreement is underpinned by a shared belief in the importance of customer service as the core driver for business value. We're looking forward to mutual growth and success through our partnership with Enterprise by serving business travellers and tourists looking for both great value car hire and outstanding customer care."
In EMEA, the Enterprise brand is also available in Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Macedonia, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey and the UK. The company will become operational in additional countries throughout Europe in the coming months.
