They were caught from their exclusive flats in the Pela Mampang area, South Jakarta.
"Both of them failed to show travel documents or passports," said the Head of the South Jakarta Immigration Surveillance Board, Toto Suryanto, in Jakarta on Tuesday.
Suryanto stated that the authorities took both foreigners into custody after they were kept under surveillance and their activities watched.
At the moment, both of them were being questioned at the South Jakarta Immigration offices for further investigation.
He explained that the officers had asked both foreigners what activities they were pursuing in the country.
"Both admitted to be working for a modeling agency in Jakarta," he revealed.
He affirmed that the authorities were currently awaiting their passports. If it turned out that they did not have the permit to pursue such a vocation, then they will be charged with the State Law Number 6 of 2011 clause 122 (a) on Immigration.(*)
