Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The South Jakarta immigration office recently detained 52 foreigners for allegedly committing cybercrimes.

"The officers arrested the foreigners from two locations," Cucu Koswala, head of the South Jakarta immigration office, stated here, Friday.

As many as 27 foreigners were arrested in Kemang and 25 in Pejaten, he revealed.

The police seized several mobile phones, printers, and scanners, among other things.

The foreigners had installed soundproof device around their houses.(*)
