"The party took place in an executive room of the Oval Hotel in Surabaya on Saturday night, chief detective of the city police Sr. Comr. Shinto Silitonga said here on Sunday afternoon.
Shinto said 8 of the 14 gays have been named suspects as they took active part in the party and the other 6 were held as witnesses, as they did not take part in the party but were found watching pornographic video.
He said after receiving a tip from a local people police moved and broke into the room when the gays already began the first part of the party. One of the gays was found entirely naked and others wearing only undershorts.
The gays told police that the party was held in two phase in one large room and number of other smaller rooms. The first phase was in the main room where they would look for suitable partner among. When they found one the homosexuals would go to the one of the smaller room to continue the party in privacy," he said.
The homosexuals told their investigators that they might also exchange partners if they are interested in each other partners, Shinto said.(*)
