The 10 KPK employees will attend a training at the Center for International Legal Cooperation in the Netherlands on March 12-16, 2018.
KPK Secretary General Raden Bimo Gunung Abdul Kadir, in a statement received on Friday, expressed hope that the participants would be able to gain a comprehensive understanding of the capacity-building material presented by Dutch experts to be applied in the law enforcement process, starting from the investigation to prosecution and until the execution stage.
"Participants should be able to demonstrate the concrete benefits of this training for Indonesia`s interest," he explained.
The KPK is viewed as one of the country`s most important law enforcement agencies that deserves continuous development through cooperation with several partners, including the Dutch government.
The training for KPK employees is one of the investments to maintain sound relations between Indonesia and the Netherlands in the fields of security and law enforcement.
"The KPK is a large, unique, and internationally well-known organization," Nuffic Neso Indonesia Director Peter van Tuijl stated.
The selected participants are expected to attend the training seriously and be thereafter ready to demonstrate their learning after returning back to Indonesia.
"This training is designed to produce output in accordance with the needs of the applicants. The concrete result must be applicable to support the participants` performance to do their job," Tuijl noted.
