Jakarta (ANTARA News) - President Joko Widodo and Vice President Jusuf Kalla attended a work meeting of the government focused on ease of doing business at the Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday.

The meeting themed "Acceleration of the Implementation of Doing Business in Provincial Areas" was held at the Hall B3 of JI-Expo Kemayoran, Jakarta.

President Widodo arrived wearing a long-sleeved batik shirt, while Vice President Kalla was also seen sporting a similar outfit.

Several ministers of the working cabinet, numerous regents and mayors, as well as leaders of district and municipal House of Representatives were present at the meeting.

Minister of Home Affairs Tjahjo Kumolo, Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung, Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Darmin Nasution, and Head of the Capital Investment Board Thomas Lembong were also attended the meeting.

Following the agenda in Kemayoran, the president was scheduled to meet the managers and customers of micro wakaf bank at the State Palace in Jakarta.

In the afternoon, the president will depart for East Java to conduct a work visit in the province.

The president will depart from the Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base in East Jakarta for Malang City.
