In principle, the government of Surabaya city has been ready to host the international congress by making various facilities ready of the participants and the guests, according to local government head for overseas affairs Yanuar Hermawan.
"We want to share our experiences to the guests and participants of the congress that will consist of regional heads from Asia Pacific and sustainable urban development stakeholders," Hermawan remarked here on Tuesday.
He said the Surabaya city government has prepared "relation officers" for every delegation, and transportation facilities for the participants and the guests of the congress.
"In addition, there will be welcome dinner at the Surabaya City Hall, city tour to numerous interesting places, and technical visit to places that fit the theme of the congress," he said.
