"We have analyzed how Taiwan plays. Therefore, in the last training session in Bali, we focused on how to manage their defense as they do a lot of `crossing`," Bima Sakti noted in Jakarta on Thursday.
Sakti stated that all players were fit and ready to combat in the counter-Taiwan match, which will be held at the Patriot Candrabhaga Stadium, Bekasi, West Java, starting at 16.00 WIB.
Defender Ricky Fajrin, who reportedly suffered a knee problem, was also said to be ready to compete after being given the green light by the doctor.
" Fajrin did feel pain in his knee. But after being examined, the doctor said there were no problems. Ricky was also ready to perform," Sakti added.
Now, the national team is still in Bali. They will leave for Bekasi, West Java, on Friday (Aug 10).
There are 24 players who were brought by U-23 national team head coach Luis Milla to undergo training camp in Gianyar, Bali.
However, Milla has not determined the names of the 20 players who will compete in the 2018 Asian Games.
"The 20 players will be announced on Friday (Aug 10)," Sakti remarked.
