During the visit, Mulyani was accompanied by Chairman of the 2018 Asian Games Committee Erick Thohir and several officials at the Ministry of Finance.
Mulyani visited the 2018 Asian Games Accreditation Center for athletes, trainers, officials, journalists, and government employees of participating countries.
The finance minister also reviewed the immigration department to facilitate athletes and officials of the 2018 Asian Games` participants.
"This is the first face or impression of Indonesia. If you just smile, it shows the face of Indonesia," Mulyani remarked.
The finance minister also reviewed the customs hall, the return of value-added tax, and the health office. He also held a dialog with several officers.
Mulyani advised officers at the airport that were directly involved in the implementation of the 2018 Asian Games to adequately elaborate on the rules and help participants from other countries.
