"The KPK will conduct an auction of the confiscated goods and spoils from handling cases of corruption in the name of Inspector General Djoko Susilo in the form of 17 plots of land and buildings as well as an apartment unit, with a total price limit of Rp179.683 billion," KPK spokesman Febri Diansyah stated in Jakarta on Wednesday.
The auction will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2018, in "open bidding" by accessing www.lelangdjkn.kemenkeu.go.id.
The auction is based on the Decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 537 K/Pid.Sus/2014 dated June 4, 2014, on behalf of Inspector General Susilo through the Jakarta III State Wealth Service and Auction Office.
The 18 property assets include:
1. A plot of land along with a building on it, with 377 meters of land area, on Jalan Cendrawasih Mas, Tanjung Barat, South Jakarta, on behalf of Bun Yani, with a limit of Rp5,694 billion.
2. A plot of land along with a building on it, with a land area of 1,098 square meters, in Jalan Paso, Jagakarsa, in the name of Haji Ali Sudin, with a limit value of Rp8,363 billion.
3. A plot of land along with a building on it, with a land area of 106 square meters, in Ragunan, South Jakarta, on behalf of Mahdiana, with a limit value of Rp424.7 million.
4. A plot of land along with a building on it, with a land area of 100 square meters, in Jatipadang, South Jakarta, on behalf of Mahdi, with a limit value of Rp384,827 million.
5. A plot of land along with a building on it, with a land area of 67 square meters, on Jalan Dharmawangsa IX No. 64, South Jakarta, on behalf of Mahdiana, with a limit value of Rp7,146 billion.
6. A plot of land along with a building on it, with a land area of 164 square meters, in Ragunan, South Jakarta, on behalf of Mahdiana, with a limit value of Rp628,064 million.
7. A plot of land along with a building on it, with a land area of 65 square meters, in Ragunan, South Jakarta, on behalf of Mahdiana, with a limit value of Rp253,152 million.
8. A plot of land along with a building on it, with a land area of 897 square meters, at Jalan Warung Jati Barat, Jatipadang, South Jakarta, on behalf of Mahdiana, with a limit value of Rp17.7 billion.
9. A plot of land along with a building on it, with a land area of 64 square meters, in Ragunan, South Jakarta, on behalf of Mahdiana, with a limit value of Rp395.85 million.
10. A plot of land along with a building on it, with a land area of 1,234 square meters, on Jalan Durian Raya, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, on behalf of Hariawan and a plot of land along with a building on it, with an area of 610 square meters, on Jalan Durin Raya, Jagakarsa, on behalf of Mahdiana, with a limit of Rp21,534 billion.
11. A plot of land along with a building on it, with a land area of 3,201 square meters, in Jalan Paso, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, in the name of Henny Rayani Margana, with a limit value of Rp26.883 billion.
12. A plot of land along with a building on it, with a land area of 220 square meters in Pondo Gang, Jagakarsa, on behalf of Mahdiana, with a limit value of Rp1.554 billion.
13. A plot of land along with a building on it, with a land area of 50 square meters, on Jalan Nusa Indah I Dalam, Jagakarsa, on behalf of Mahdiana, with a limit value of Rp166.69 million.
14. A plot of land along with a building on it, with a land area of 246 square meters, on Jalan Cikajang, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, on behalf of Anindita Dipta, with a limit value of Rp10,613 billion.
15. A plot of land along with a building on it, with a land area of 703 square meters, on Jalan Prapanca Raya, Cipete, South Jakarta, on behalf of Anindita Dipta, with a limit value of Rp38.114 billion.
16. A plot of land along with a building on it (residential house), with a land area of 190 square meters, on Jalan Elang Mas I, Tanjung Barat, South Jakarta, on behalf of Sudiyono, with a limit value of Rp3,095 billion.
17. One unit of The Peak A Beaufort Residence At Sudirman Flats located in the Tower Regis Flats Unit, 25 Unit A, with an area of 159 square meters of Flats in Jalan Setiabudi Raya, South Jakarta, on behalf of Sudiyono, with a limit value of Rp3,835 billion.
