Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the General Election Commission (KPU) have announced reports indicating the wealth of the presidential and vice presidential candidates.

"We have verified the reports submitted by KPK and the results have been conveyed to KPU," KPU Chairman Arief Budiman said during a press conference on the wealth reports (LHKPN) at the KPU Office here on Friday.

According to LHKPN data, as of August 14, 2018, incumbent presidential candidate Joko Widodo's wealth was Rp50,248,349,788, while his running mate Ma'ruf Amin's wealth was Rp11,645,550,894.

Presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto reported his wealth at Rp1,952,013,493,659 as of August 9, 2018, and his running mate Sandiaga Uno reported his wealth at Rp5,099,960,524,965 as of August 14, 2018.

Joko Widodo has reported his wealth eight times since he held the post of Solo mayor.
Ma'ruf Amin has reported his wealth twice—first when he was a member of the House of Representatives (DPR) in 2001 and now in 2019.

Prabowo Subianto has reported his wealth four times since he was assigned to the Indonesian military and three times when he was nominated for president and vice president.

Sandiaga Uno has reported his wealth three times—when he ran for Jakarta vice governor, was elected Jakarta vice governor, and now in 2019.
