Makassar (ANTARA) - UMI (Makasar Muslim University)'s Communication Observer Dr. Hadwiah Hatita said the late Ani Yudhoyono was a mother of the Indonesian Nation who accompanied her husband in state duties and as a mother for her children.

"Ms. Ani with a social political degree background is able to implement her knowledge in assisting her husband in carrying out state duties while serving as president, and encouraging his children to take part in politics," Hadawiah said here on Sunday.

According to her, the role as the first lady when accompanying Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) as the 6th president at the time, was attached with his duties. even moment after moment was always captured through the snapshot.

Ani also raised social life through photos and her visit was either accompanying SBY or his duties as first lady.

With her journalistic abilities and instincts, photographs of Ani Yudhoyono's works are able to translate conditions that occur in the field.

"Social communication and political communication are controlled by Ms. Ani and it comes out naturally as a person who is sensitive to the environment," said the Head of the UMI Communication Study Program.

Not surprisingly, on her way to accompanying her husband and children, her vision and mission were able to facilitate and spur the performance of both the husband and her child acting in the political world.

In this regard, continued the alumnus of the Padjadjaran University postgraduate program, this humble daughter of an army general deserves to be an Indonesian mother figure who deserves to be a role model for others.
