"Prabowo at a meeting with the coalition party leaders said the Indonesian Adil Makmur coalition had finished, and Prabowo-Sandi's BPN had been over," Gerindra Party Secretary General Ahmad Muzani said at the Prabowo-Sandi Media Center here Friday.
Prabowo handed back the decision-making process to the respective political parties so that their leadership could take the next political steps without him intervening, he said.
Prabowo issued an apology to his coalition parties and Prabowo-Sandi supporters since the struggle to ascertain the truth had been decided by the Constitutional Court and it would obey the decision, Muzani explained.
"Prabowo claimed responsibility so he issued an apology to all elements of society and supporters in each campaign and it became a strong capital," he said.
Prabowo also said that the struggle to save the Indonesian nation was not over and had to be nurtured and fostered so that it continued to survive in the midst of society, according to Muzani.
The press conference was attended by leaders of coalition political parties namely Gerindra Party Secretary General Ahmad Muzani, Democratic Party Secretary General Hinca Panjaitan, the National Mandate Party (PAN)'s Secretary General, Eddy Soeparno, Secretary General of the Working Party, Priyo Budi Santoso, and the Justice Prosperity Party (PKS)'s Secretary General Mustafa Kamal.
