"The team in the year of 2021 to 2022 will focus on 12 actions within three focus sectors and will be more output-, outcome-oriented compared to the year prior," he said in Jakarta on Tuesday.
Stranas PK is a national policy aim that focuses on corruption prevention, and is referred to by ministries, bodies, and regional governments in preventing corruption in Indonesia, based on Presidential Decree number 54 of 2018.
The Stranas PK team comprises representatives from the Anti-Graft Body, Presidential Staff Office, Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency, Civil Apparatuses and Bureaucratic Reform Ministry, as well as the Home Affairs Ministry.
Six of the 12 points of action for 2021-2022 for the Stranas PK team involve accelerating export-import licensing and governance; ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in procurement of goods and services; utilizing National Identification Numbers for the accuracy of subsidies; strengthening the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE), including synchronizing planning budgeting; boosting internal government control; and, strengthening the integrity of law enforcement officials.
“(These will be implemented) Together with six other actions that have the potential to become a game-changer if they are carried out seriously and in a results-oriented manner. This will be the focus of our program in the future," Moeldoko disclosed.
He explained that progress has been made in the implementation of the national strategy for corruption prevention in 2019-2020.
"Among them in the licensing sector and trading system, licensing services got faster, saving 5-14 days of time due to the removal of the Domicile Certificate (SKDU) and nuisance permits and the implementation of online single submission (OSS)," he said.
The provision of social assistance, according to Moeldoko, is also getting more targeted because the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) and Population Identification Number (NIK) coverage has reached 88 percent, which is very important, especially during the COVID-19 epidemic.
"Secondly, in the state financial sector, the governance of government procurement of goods and services has become more transparent and accountable with the implementation of an e-catalog," he informed.
Meanwhile, in the sector of law enforcement and bureaucratic reform, a merit system-based supervision has begun to be built to prevent the sale and purchase of positions, strengthen the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) for internal supervision, and expedite the implementation of SPBE, he said.
"We appreciate all ministries / agencies and local governments, state-owned enterprises, and the private sector, as well as all elements of the civil society who have carried out and supported the 2019-2020 National Strategy for Corruption Prevention with full and sincere commitment so that we could achieve most of the targets," Moeldoko remarked.
