The Ministry of SOE has consistently held the Proud of Indonesian Products National Movement.

This movement is implemented as a means to incentivize the use of local products and to enjoy local creative products.

The Ministry of SOE, as the campaign manager, has appointed BRI, as the host for the Proud of Indonesian Products National Movement, in collaboration with the East Java provincial government.

East Java got its turn to represent other regions due to the large number of MSMEs in the province.

Some 251 MSMEs from various industries, such as fashion, food & beverage, craft & home decor, and accessory & beauty, were chosen to represent East Java.

They all came from MSMEs mentored by various institutions, such as Bank BRI, Bank Indonesia, the East Java provincial government, East Java's One Pesantren One Product (OPOP), Wingsfood as well as Jayaboard. Related news: MSME loan growth exceeds total credit: BI
