All (the suspected terrorists) arrested in Banten are members of JI network,
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The National Police's Counter-terrorism Squad, Densus 88, has arrested four suspected terrorists in Banten and West Java provinces on Sunday, a police spokesman said.

"Today, one (terrorist suspect) was arrested in Banten and three others in West Java," Chief of the Public Information Section of the Public Relations Division at the National Police Senior Commissioner Ahmad Ramadhan said here on Sunday.

With the arrest of four terrorist suspects on Sunday, Densus 88 has arrested a total of 41 terrorist suspects in 10 provinces since Thursday (August 12), he said.

On Saturday (August 14) , Densus 88 arrested six of the terrorist suspects in North Sumatra, three in Jambi, seven in Lampung, four in Banten, two in West Java, 10 in Central Java, two in Eaast Kalimantan, and one in Central Sulawesi, Maluku, and West Kalimantan each.

Most of the suspected terrorists arrested in the provinces, except East Kalimantan, are members of Jamaah Islamiah (JI) network, he said.

The arrest of one suspected terrorist in Banten brought the number of suspected terrorists arrested in the province since Thursday (August 12) to six.

"All (the suspected terrorists) arrested in Banten are members of JI network," he said.
