After premiering on the MAXStream application few months ago, we are ready to bring the content in Neptune TV to the next level through services, with a broader and bigger audience reach.
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) Ministry has expanded the reach of Neptune TV by having its premiere broadcast through the IndiHome TV service on September 4, 2021, to coincide with National Customers Day (Harpelnas).

"After premiering on the MAXStream application few months ago, we are ready to bring the content in Neptune TV to the next level through services, with a broader and bigger audience reach," an official from KKP Doni Ismanto noted in a press statement received here on Saturday.

Neptune TV's content, pertaining to the dissemination of information on the maritime and fishery sector policies, can be watched through two services: IndiHome in-house channel and also Video on Demand (VOD).

Both can be watched on IndiHome TV IPTV as well as through IndiHome TV Over The Top (OTT) or the useetv.com website and UseeTVGo application.

Neptune TV's content will have a premiere broadcast on the Ruang Trampil Channel on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. local time.

The first episode of the Intuisi web series and the Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) toward Sustainable Fishery Cultivation documentary will be Neptune TV's opening content.

According to schedule, Neptune TV's content will air every Monday to Friday at 12:30 p.m. local time and every Saturday to Friday at 7:30 p.m. local time.

Ismanto remarked that the presence of Neptune TV on the IndiHome service channel is something to look forward to since information related to the maritime and fishery sector will be disseminated more widely to the public.

To this end, he expressed hope that citizens' literacy and love toward maritime and fishery would increase.

Moreover, the presence of Neptune TV in IndiHome will streamline citizens' efforts to observe the program and policy implemented by KKP, he remarked.

Indihome has 8.3 million users largely from households that are accessing their content through TV, tablets, and smartphones that are the prime audience for Neptune TV, he noted. (
