Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Manpower has trained 180 prospective counselors to be assigned to help recipients of the Job Loss Insurance (JKP) Program to look for jobs and attend trainings to hone their skills.

"This service is provided to recipients seeking a job and will attend training for the purpose of reskilling, upskilling, and entrepreneurship," he explained.

According to Harahap, counsellors will provide recommendations for training programs that are apt for the JKP Program's recipients.

As a part of the JKP Program, the ministry is also opening registration for job training institutions (LPK) to serve as the government's partners in conducting training for the program's recipients.
