Of the 10 patients, 4 patients were men and the rest were women, he added.
From March 23, 2020, to May 5, 2022, the Wisma Atlet Kemayoran COVID-19 Emergency Hospital treated a total of 164,217 patients.
Prayogo also provided an update on Galang Island's Special Hospital for Infection (RSKI), Batam, Riau Islands.
The number of inpatients receiving treatment at the hospital on Thursday remained unchanged from the previous day, or Wednesday.
"As of today, the number of inpatients at Galang Island's Hospital is two patients, and both of them are women," he informed in a written statement.
From April 12, 2020, to May 5, 2022, the hospital treated as many as 21,793 COVID-19 patients.
Despite the decline in the number of inpatients, the Indonesian Military (TNI), which also manages the Wisma Atlet Kemayoran COVID-19 Emergency Hospital and several isolation facilities in Jakarta, said that it is ready to anticipate a spike in cases after the 2022 Eid holiday.
Head of the TNI Health Center (Kapuskes), Major General Budiman, had earlier said that the TNI had made predictions about the surge in COVID-19 cases and prepared measures to handle it.
"The potential spike in cases after the 2022 Eid has been estimated," he said.
According to data provided by the COVID-19 Handling Task Force, as of May 5, 2022, Indonesia has recorded a total of 6,047,741 COVID-19 cases, 5,884,770 recoveries, and 156,340 deaths.
