Registration will be continued until every Indonesian, who has the right to receive subsidized fuel, (is registered)Jakarta (ANTARA) - State-owned oil company PT Pertamina (Persero) stated that 50 thousand vehicle owners had registered as users of Pertalite and Biosolar subsidized fuel oil on the digital platform MyPertamina.
"From July 1, 2022, until today, we receive a very warm welcome from the people, who had registered their vehicles," Pertamina Patra Niaga's Secretary Irto Ginting noted in a statement on Tuesday.
Pertamina still opens registration for consumers seeking to register their vehicles as subsidized fuel oil recipients.
Through the subsiditepat.mypertamina.id website, registration can also be accessed through the MyPertamina application.
Currently, the number of MyPertamina application users also rose by four million within a period of four days from various regions in Indonesia.
This high level of enthusiasm to become MyPertamina users demonstrates that motor vehicle owners welcome the steps taken by Pertamina, Ginting remarked.

Pertamina allows people not owing a phone to register through the registration booth provided at the company's gas station.
Workers will help people, who directly register for the online service.
"Registration will be continued until every Indonesian, who has the right to receive subsidized fuel, (is registered)," he noted.
Pertamina underlined that the registration to purchase subsidized fuel oil through the MyPertamina digital platform is only reserved for owners of four-wheeler vehicles.
At this stage, registration focuses on conducting data matching between what the people had registered with documents and the owned vehicle data.
After they are registered, the people will receive a QR code through notification on subsiditepat.mypertamina.id or through electronic mail.
The QR code can be printed and be brought to gas stations, so the people do not need to download the MyPertamina application or bring their phones to the gas station.

For the initial stage, MyPertamina will be implemented at several locations.
These locations comprise Padang Panjang, Agam, and Tanah Datar in West Sumatra; Bandung, Sukabumi, Tasikmalaya, and Ciamis in West Java; Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan; Yogyakarta; and Manado in North Sulawesi.
Pertamina opens registration for vehicles and identity of vehicle owners from July 1, 2022, to July 30, 2022. During the registration and transition period, consumers can still purchase Pertalite and Biosolar manually.
