In addition, he revealed that discussions regarding the function of dispute resolution, no later than 2024, and Special and Differential Treatment (SDT) for developing countries were part of the WTO.

The second discussion pertains to the role of trade, investment, and industry in responding to emergency conditions, such as a pandemic.

"It is also in supporting the strengthening of global health architecture efforts. As we know, this is one of the main pillars in the G20 Indonesian Presidency as proclaimed by President Joko Widodo," Witjaksono remarked.

In this case, discussion was held to boost capacity and conduct vaccine diversification to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic through flexibility of strengthening international cooperation in technology transfer, financing, and innovation.

The last theme that became the topic of discussion at the second TIIWG G20, conducted in line with a strong Javanese culture, was to stimulate sustainable investment for recovery of the global economy.

"In this case, how do we encourage sustainable investment in order to encourage the global economic recovery process," he stated.

He conveyed that the next task was how the discussions were converged and pushed as much as possible until September 2022.

The last round of the TIIWG meeting will also become a ministerial-level meeting.

"We hope that all ministerial representatives from the G20 as well as executive leaders from international institutions can be involved in further discussions," Witjaksono stated.

He expressed optimism that at the ministerial meeting in September, TIIWG can launch a joint statement from the ministers on the important points of the priority agenda discussed.
