Jakarta (ANTARA) - Indonesian Vice President Ma'ruf Amin and his wife, Wury, paid a working visit to Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan, to inaugurate the opening of the South Kalimantan Expo 2022: One Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) One Product.

Amin and his entourage departed for South Kalimantan aboard the Indonesian Air Force's Boeing 737-400 Presidential Aircraft from Jakarta's Halim Perdanakusuma Airport, Wednesday, Secretariat of the Vice President noted in a statement on Wednesday.

Upon his arrival at the Syamsudin Noor Airport in Banjarmasin, Amin and his entourage were scheduled to head to the hotel for rest.

The next day, on Thursday, Amin will depart from the hotel aboard a car to the Dr. Murjani Square in Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan, to inaugurate the South Kalimantan Expo 2022.

After inaugurating the expo, the vice president will review the Integrated Health Service Post (Kenanga Posyandu) in South Kalimantan before arriving at the Syamsudin Noor Airport, Banjarmasin, to return to Jakarta aboard the same plane.
