Jakarta (ANTARA) - The implementation of the 2022 Indonesia Development Forum (IDF) can strengthen and enhance the effectiveness of industrial development to encourage Indonesia's social and economic transformation, the National Development Planning Ministry/the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) stated.

"Innovative solutions for implementing IDF 2022 can strengthen and increase the effectiveness of industrial development to encourage Indonesia's social and economic transformation in realizing the vision of becoming a developed, just, and prosperous country," Bappenas' Secretary Taufik Hanafi noted at the IDF 2022 summit event in Bali on Monday.

According to Hanafi, the industrial sector will accelerate the transformation process through the creation of high-value-added products by utilizing technology and increasing resource capacity.
