"For tomorrow, 31,000 tickets have already been ordered. We will see if there is a possibility of another increase. For the New Year 2023, if we look at the current ticket orders, it is likely that there will be another increase on D-2 or D-1 before the turn of the year," she said.
Compared to last year's figure, the number of passengers has doubled, she pointed out.
"Last year, a total of 18 days (December 22, 2022–January 8, 2021), there were around 190 thousand passengers, while this year, as of December 24, as many as 305 thousand tickets have been purchased. This means that, until today alone, (the number of purchased) tickets have exceeded last year's. We predict that until year-end holidays end, there will be an increase by 2–3 times (compared to last year)," she added.
