Through a written statement on Tuesday, Masduki stated that the first program concerns complete data collection on Cooperatives and MSMEs to support the development of single data that can be used by all stakeholders.
The second program involves the construction of a joint production house that became a single solution offered to improve the quality of production of MSMEs that initially have low access to modern technology.
The third priority program relates to the development of entrepreneurship based on Governmental Regulation No. 2 of 2022 that has reached 392,847 entrepreneurs synergized with 27 ministries and institutions throughout 2022.
In practice, this program is divided into four ministries through the formation of the National Entrepreneurship Development Committee.
Masduki's ministry, State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Ministry, Tourism and Creative Economy Ministry, and Home Affairs Ministry led the committee.
The program's target is to increase the percentage of entrepreneurship, with the objective of preparing Indonesia to become a developed country, with the minimum number of entrepreneurs reaching four percent of the entire population.
The fourth program concerns extreme poverty alleviation with the Cooperatives and MSMEs empowerment activity program in 18 provinces.
The fifth involves revision of the Cooperatives Law that became a part of the cooperatives' reformation. Masduki said that the law revision is undertaken due to institutional innovation and ecosystem development in cooperatives.
The last program is implementation of PLUT as the center of excellence. Last year, assistance was offered in 32 PLUT, while 13 new units were created and seven units were revitalized.
"The existence of PLUT is important not just for assistance, curation, and showcasing but also for the digitalization program," the minister remarked.
