Meanwhile, state expenditure in the same year is predicted to be in the range of 13.97 to 15.01 percent of the GDP, she added.
"Hence, the primary balance will continue moving to its balanced and positive point in the range between 0.43 percent deficit and zero percent surplus of the GDP," Indrawati informed here on Friday.
The minister said that the 2024 State Budget policy will seek to support revenue optimization and digital economy transformation and maintain the investment climate and business and environmental sustainability.
Meanwhile, she highlighted six strategies that will be pursued by the government to encourage innovative, prudent, and sustainable financing.
"(The strategies) will be conceived by considering the development, challenges, and domestic and global economic dynamics, as well as the risks that we must face and development goals that we continue pursuing," Indrawati said.
The first strategy will be to support expansive, focused, and measurable fiscal policies to support economic transformation, and the second to control deficits and debts so that they remain within safe and sustainable limits, she informed.
The third strategy will be to promote the effectiveness of investment funding by empowering state-owned companies, sovereign wealth funds, special mission vehicles, and general service agencies.
Indrawati said that the fourth strategy will be to strengthen fiscal resilience amid ongoing global uncertainties by setting up a reliable and credible fiscal buffer, while the fifth strategy will be to support investment funding by strengthening Indonesia's roles in international fora.
The sixth strategy will be to encourage the acceleration of funding for lower-income residents, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and push for creative and innovative funding through cooperation between the government and enterprises, she added.
